Dr. Col. (Res.) Ori Nissim Levy is a Nuclear Defense expert, his doctoral thesis at BBU Cluj University in the Faculty of Political Science, European Studies, in nuclear risk management at the government level. His research specialization is in preparing for and dealing with large scale nuclear incidents - the preparations before an event, coping during event and the restoration of the country or city after it. Dr. Levy holds B.Sc. in electronic engineering from Hofstra University, Long Island, New York USA, with an MBA in business administration, specializing in economics, from Bradford University UK. Dr. Levy has extensive experience in the business and security fields, worked for high-tech companies Log-On, ACS, trained companies in the field of standards ISO 9000 quality and founded the start-up CPK in the field of decision-making processes. Dr. Levy is a colonel (reserves) and active Commander of the entire reserve formation of NEMA - Israel National Emergency Management Authority (including the ICLM unit in the liaison unit to the government offices) performs operational duties and has extensive experience in building national exercises in emergency areas such as earthquakes, tsunamis, war, conventional and unconventional weapons. He is the Chairman of the World Nuclear Forum WNF-193 (www.WNF-193.com ). Field researcher of nuclear events around the world such as Chernobyl and Fukushima. During his PhD research, he developed the international model for nuclear defense ONDM - Operational Nuclear Defens methodology that is Registered Copyright at the Library of Congress at the US.
