What makes this program unique
Afeka’s undergraduate program in electrical engineering is focused on training engineers at a high professional level, and equipping them with the skills and proficiencies they need in order to enter the job market. The college continuously collaborates with the industry, updating the curriculum according to ongoing industry needs and trends. Among other things, this includes joint seminars and conferences, as well the opportunity for students to experience real work with companies and organizations, as part of their graduation project.
The curriculum
The undergraduate curriculum for electrical engineering at Afeka provides students with comprehensive scientific and engineering knowledge, as well as a broad range of critical skills and tools relevant to working in the industry. Alumni can go on to design and develop advanced systems, tackle challenges in communications, signal and voice processing, and home electronics, and develop and operate control systems for machines, airplanes, rockets, robots, and more.
Program faculty
The members of the electrical engineering program’s faculty are lecturers with industry experience, who conduct research in various fields of electrical engineering, and provide added value that translates to high-level, quality teaching. The program enjoys a stellar reputation, and offers a high tech atmosphere on campus, as well as attention to students’ needs.
