בעל ניסיון עשיר בתעשייה ועוסק זה למעלה מ- 12 שנה בתחומי התפעול והייצור ומערכות המידע. ד"ר זינגר מייסד שותף בחברת C-B4, שעוסקת בתחום אנליטיקה לחיזוי ואיתור תבניות בנתונים. משמש כחוקר ראשי במספר פרויקטים עתירי משאבים ותקציב במסגרת משרד המדען הראשי של ממשלת ישראל והאיחוד האירופאי.
